2. Bottleneck audit
£295For when there's more than one thing to fix, or it's not clear how the work really runs. It's worth doing on its own: you get a plan you can act on with me or anyone else.
What you get
- A 60–90 minute session where you show me your top 2–3 time leaks on screen
- A written report within 5 working days: how each task runs now, what it really costs you, what to automate and what should stay with a person
- A ranked list of fixes, each with a fixed price and how quickly it pays for itself
- Notes on your software, like subscriptions you could cancel or tools you already pay for but don't use
- A 30-minute follow-up call to go through the report together
- Plus one quick fix, set up for you: a small change in tools you already use, like inbox rules or automatic payment reminders, so you leave with something already working
The £295 credit
If you go ahead with £750 or more of builds within 30 days of receiving your report, the £295 comes off your total. The expiry date is written on your report.

Most builds pay for themselves within a few months of the time they save. You'll always get a fixed price and a written scope before any work starts, and every build comes with a 30-day guarantee: if it doesn't work as described, I fix it at no extra cost.
You'll understand what I build
Every build ends with a handover call where I walk you through it, plus a short plain-English guide. You'll know how it works, what to do if something looks wrong, and how to make simple changes yourself, like editing a template or adding a field.
Builds under £750 are paid upfront. From £750, it's 50% to start and 50% on handover. This is based on the quoted price before any audit credit, and the credit comes off your final payment. The software your automations run on is paid by you directly, in your own accounts, so you stay in control.
